María began her professional career in the Tax Law Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers -PWC- (Madrid). She later became a partner at a law firm in Valladolid, advising clients, family businesses, multinational groups, foundations, and public companies mainly from Castile and León and Madrid in all areas of tax law and corporate commercial law. Her work includes business restructuring processes, business succession, the purchase and sale of companies, investment projects, and all kinds of administrative proceedings and court proceedings in tax matters.
