| Professional Background
Álvaro began his professional career at his family’s law firm, where he provided comprehensive advising services to companies and business groups. That firm was absorbed by the Garrigues firm in 2003, where he served as the head of the Labor Law Department there for 10 years, only to later found his own office in July 2013, rom that time forward, he began collaborating closely with the rest of the partners at Actio Summa until its founding in October of 2021. He then became the head of Actio Summa’s Labor Law Division.
