José Luis began his professional career in the Commercial Law Department of Garrigues (Valladolid), where he served as a senior associate for 15 years In 2015 he embarked upon his new professional journey by opening his own law office, collaborating closely with the rest of the partners at Actio Summa until its founding in October of 2021. He advises companies both in the private and public sectors on matters of national and international contracting, corporate operations, corporate restructuring, purchase and sale processes, corporate and project financing, and family business matters in sectors as diverse as the pharmaceutical sector, biotechnology sector, automotive industry sector, construction sector, commercial distribution sector, hotel sector, and real estate development sector.
